Is it crazy to believe in one law for everyone? Is it crazy to believe that judges and lawyers should be just and lawful?
Is it crazy to believe that bureaucrats, parliamentarians and judges should operate clearly, at all times (and beyond reasonable doubt) within Federal and State Constitutional limits?
And is it crazy to think that State and Federal judges should be policing the Constitutional limits, as protectors of the people, and not cheering from the sidelines as their governmen and governwomen buddies in bureaucracy and parliament regularly exceed them?
Well if Dr Martin Luther King Jnr was allowed to have a dream, then we each are allowed to dream our dreams of freedom from fear and freedom from political oppression.
But how do we fill our government benches with parliamentarians, bureaucrats and judges that govern us as trustees, instead of the kind that collectively want absolute rule over us, as tyrants?
To fend off criminal reprisals from a cartel of corrupt, publicly-funded, lawyer-dominated government and para-government authorities, James Johnson CHR, whistleblowing journalist, documentary maker, Constitutional Human Rights Lawyer of more than 20 years good standing, and Independent Federal Candidate for Lalor has been forced to put a who’s-who of Australia’s State and Federal governing Lawyerocracy on trial (see list below).
So far, the preliminary list includes 9 present and past Parliamentarians / Cabinet Ministers including Prime Minister Julia Gillard and Attorney-General Nicola Louise Roxon, 16 past and present Judges, 10 past and present Government Agency Heads and over 50 Senior Public Servants – (all lawyers) who have been Summoned to Appear, to Produce and Give Evidence. And that is the list, so far.
When was the last time that so many current and former Australian parliamentary and judicial Heads of State have been summonsed to give evidence in a Tribunal where the parliament has enacted legislation abolishing the privilege against self-incrimination? – It’s never been done before.
So what’s it all about then?
On 21 May 2012 the Victorian Government is conducting an inquiry into the absence of professional standards in the Australian (legal) profession, and at the broad intersection of the legal profession with the upper benches of all three branches of State and Federal government (benches that these days look like little more than an exclusive lawyers club).
This unprecedented and history making trial starts at 10.00 am on Monday 21 May 2012 and will be held at 55 King Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Sub-named Michael McGarvie – Legal Services Commissioner v Harold James Johnson, this hearing will be the biggest Australian whistleblowing, corruption exposing, media event of 2012.
In the most blatantly, corrupt prosecution imaginable of an innocent and highly reputable lawyer and whistleblower, Michael McGarvie and his team of a dozen staff are doing their utmost to be the first public officials to be prosecuted and jailed (for up to 2 years) under the still untested Victorian Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001.
This is an open invitation to the media and to the public to attend the hearings. Come and, look, listen, laugh and learn as leading Australian lawyers, lawmakers, governmen and governwomen (the Australian lawyerocracy elite) are put on trial and compelled to answer questions that they have been avoiding, for generations.
As a candidate for the Australian House of representatives I have declared my intention to liberate my people of my Federal Electorate of Lalor, and my fellow Australians, from the disease that is the modern phoney (post-1980s lawyer captured and controlled) Australian Labor Party, and its insipid political concoction and installation that is Julia Eileen Gillard.
I have sworn a political pledge to reclaim Truth, Justice, Equity and the Law as servants (not as masters) of the people. And Michael McGarvie and his team of fake-regulator-cum-lawyer-protection-racketeers have given me both the personal necessity and the public opportunity to act on my pledge.
As I have demonstrated with my whistleblowing documentary plays “The Crucible” (Family Court of Australia proceedings at Brisbane, January 2010) and “Soylent Green and Gold” (Federal Court of Australia proceedings at Hobart, November 2010) members of the media and the public who attend these free public hearings from 21 May 2012 are guaranteed to witness a highly informative and entertaining spectacle – no matter what depth of horrors the Lawyerocracy throw up in their efforts to evade James’ penetrating spotlight of intellect and ethics.

The following list is accurate as at 8 May 2012. A significant number of more members of the lawyerocracy are likely to be added to this list during the course of these hearings, as summonsed documents are produced and investigated.
